Andrew Smith has 30 years of deal making experience in the turnaround and corporate restructuring space. He was former national Head of Restructuring and Board member of Addleshaw Goddard LLP and an Investment Partner at a specialist turnaround private equity firm. As founder of CNS Advisory he continues to advise a range of stakeholders including: boards, lenders, and private equity investors in a range of challenging circumstances. He takes specialist appointments where required to enhance financial outcomes and/or deliver a transaction.
